SMM Manager (B2C + B2B)

We need a visionary who can dream up engaging social media campaigns that captivate our audience and drive real results. You should be able to identify, test and create multiple content types and topics to meet the wants of the subscribers. You will be managing the community, warming up their interest in the product, and softening the edges when subscribers' dissatisfaction takes place. You must not only understand trends, but also create them. Responsibilities and requirements mandatory for the job, as well as the work environment conditions, are provided below.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies in line with the PR and overall marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across various platforms.
  • Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, and videos, tailored to each platform's (Telegram, Reddit, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Medium, TikTok etc.) audience and best practices. There should be at least 8 posts per month per platform.
  • Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content scheduling, community engagement, and responding to comments and messages in a strict timely manner.
  • Study, follow, update and develop scripts for responses to clients on behalf of the brand and users.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and conversations relevant to the brand, leveraging insights to inform content and strategy adjustments.
  • Regularly plan, create and manage engaging events, e.g. draws, content contests, etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, and customer support, to align social media efforts with broader business objectives and campaigns.
  • Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting strategies, ad creative development, and performance tracking. Working on par with the user acquisition manager.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze key performance metrics, generate reports, and identify areas for optimization and improvement weekly.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices, sharing insights and recommendations with internal stakeholders.

  • 3 years of proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles, with a successful track record of managing social media accounts and campaigns.
  • Proven work experience in financial services, fintech or crypto projects is a must.
  • Thorough portfolio of social media campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok), including their features, algorithms, and best practices for organic and paid content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1+), with the ability to craft engaging and effective social media content tailored to different audiences and platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, etc.) to track performance metrics, generate insights, and optimize strategies.
  • Creative thinking and visual storytelling abilities, with experience in creating and editing multimedia content (e.g., graphics, photos, videos) for social media.
  • Familiarity with social media advertising principles and experience in planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media accounts and campaigns simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, social media innovations, and emerging platforms, with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
  • Knowledge of other European languages at B1+ level would be an advantage.

Work conditions:
  • Independent contractor agreement and NDA
  • 28 paid vacation days per year.
  • Working hours are from 10 to 19 Monday to Saturday..
  • 2-month trial. For the role of SMM Manager, there will be a 2-month trial period during which specific objectives and key results (OKRs) will be outlined and agreed upon with the Head of Marketing. During the trial period, you will be writing the content plan, creating and publishing posts, and managing the community.
