SEO specialist (B2C + B2B)

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated and energetic SEO specialist with thorough experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct keyword research to identify high-value keywords specifically relevant to the business and target audience.
  • Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, and on-page copy, to improve search engine visibility and rankings.
  • Perform technical SEO audits to identify and address issues affecting website performance, such as crawl errors, broken links, and site speed.
  • Develop and execute link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites and improve domain authority. Publish at least 5 donor articles per month.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic, keyword rankings, and other SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs (or other similar platform).
  • Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and industry trends, adjusting SEO strategies and tactics accordingly.
  • Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website development and content creation processes.
  • Identify opportunities for content optimization and expansion based on keyword performance and user intent.
  • Provide recommendations for website architecture, navigation, and URL structure improvements to enhance user experience and SEO.
  • Prepare regular SEO performance reports and communicate key insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Pre-optimise blog articles, providing content creators with keywords and best practices on a weekly basis.
  • Set, manage and approve tasks for copywriters to maintain a high content production quality and volumes.

Requirements:
  • 5 years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of improving website visibility and rankings in search engine results pages (SERPs).
  • Expertise in SEO tools and software, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
  • Proficiency in keyword research and analysis, with the ability to identify relevant keywords, search volume, and competition levels.
  • Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO factors, including meta tags, headings, internal linking, backlink acquisition, and technical optimization.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO, with the ability to implement technical SEO recommendations.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize SEO performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+), with the ability to articulate SEO strategies, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Continuous learning mindset, staying updated on search engine algorithm changes, industry trends, the brand’s products and best practices in SEO.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work cross-functionally with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to achieve SEO objectives.

Work conditions:
  • 28 paid vacation days per year.
  • 2-month trial. For the role of SEO specialist, there will be a 2-month trial period during which specific objectives and key results (OKRs) will be outlined and agreed upon with the Head of Marketing. During the trial period, you will be conducting the audit of the website, managing implementations of your recommendations to the website, and creating and managing donor articles.
