We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated and energetic manager with a deep marketing background to join our Marketing team.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution: Develop and execute marketing projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This includes coordinating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Campaign Development and Implementation: Collaborate with the creative team to develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. This includes creating technical tasks to copywriters, designers, user acquisition managers, etc. with further monitoring and management of the task completion.
Budget Management: Responsible for the budgeting and financial aspects of marketing projects. Monitor and control project expenses, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Timeline Management: Create and manage project timelines, considering the overall load of all executors, identifying key milestones and dependencies. Proactively address any potential delays and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule.
Performance Tracking and Analysis: Implement systems to track and analyze the performance of marketing projects. Provide insightful reports to the director, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement. You will need to write technical tasks to the analytics team with further monitoring and management of the task completion.
Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate project status, updates, and potential risks to stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication between different teams involved in the projects.
Collaboration with Product and Creative Teams: Work closely with product and creative teams to understand project requirements, align marketing strategies, and ensure the successful integration of product features into marketing campaigns. Shortly you will need to have a good understanding of the product, which is a mandatory requirement.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in successfully managing marketing projects, preferably in fintech/crypto or related industries
Deep understanding of Product Concept. Introduction to the product will be provided by the team at the beginning of employment.
Proficient English language skills (written) at a minimum level of C1 to express ideas and concepts clearly and effectively.
Strategic thinking to align marketing projects with overall business and marketing strategies, ensuring that each project contributes to the achievement of organizational goals.
Strong budget management skills, with the ability to allocate resources efficiently and optimize project costs.
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and market conditions. Proactive problem-solving skills to address challenges as they arise.
Collaborative approach with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Self-sufficiency and deep understanding of marketing processes execution, ability to write clear technical tasks for copywriters, designers, analysts, etc.
Strong multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, each at different stages of development and execution.
Experience working on international marketing projects or campaigns, with an understanding of cultural nuances and regional differences.
Ability to present project updates, results, and proposals effectively to both internal and external stakeholders. Confidence in leading meetings and discussions.
Familiarity with marketing technologies, project management tools, and collaboration platforms. Adaptability to learn and leverage new tools as needed.
Commitment to staying updated on industry trends, marketing best practices, and emerging technologies. Willingness to seek professional development opportunities.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the financial and marketing sectors is a plus.
Knowledge of an additional European language (Spanish, Italian, French, etc.) is a plus.
Project Management Certification is a plus.
